How WarTable works
The three layers — unify, diagnose, act — and how they fit together.
WarTable runs on three layers that build on each other. Understanding them makes everything else in these docs click into place.
1. Unify
WarTable connects to the tools you already use and pulls your operational data into one structured repository. Instead of a CRM here and a spreadsheet there, you get a single source of truth mapped to a consistent model of the business.
2. Diagnose
On top of that unified data, WarTable continuously scores your operation against the five engines — and the systems underneath them — that every business runs on. The result is your Business Health Index — one composite score that shows exactly where you stand and where the constraint is right now.
3. Act
Diagnosis is only useful if something happens next. WarTable's autonomous agents take the routine follow-through — drafting the email, updating the record, kicking off the workflow — and stage anything sensitive for one-click approval.
| Layer | What it answers | Output |
|---|---|---|
| Unify | "Where is everything?" | One data repository |
| Diagnose | "How are we doing?" | Business Health Index |
| Act | "What happens next?" | Agent execution |
Think of it as moving from doing every step yourself to supervising the exceptions. That's the difference between a dashboard and a command center.
