Is this just a ChatGPT wrapper?
No. A chat window answers questions and forgets you. These agents run on a schedule or on an event, act inside your connected tools, and work from a repository holding your real documents and history. The test is whether anything happened while the tab was closed.
Do I get the Business Health Index?
No — the diagnostic starts at Operator. Starter is for people who don't yet have 25 business systems to score. Take the free assessment any time to see where you stand, and upgrade when scoring the whole operation is a question you actually have.
I'm not technical. Can I set this up?
Connecting a tool is an OAuth click. Routines and workflows are configured, not coded. The part that takes thought isn't technical — it's choosing which job to hand over first.
What happens when I outgrow it?
You move to Operator and your workspace comes with you. Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated, so you're not timing it around a billing date.
Am I locked in?
No contract and no minimum term. It's month-to-month through Stripe and you can close the account whenever you want. Fees already paid aren't refunded, so cancel before your next renewal rather than just after.
