Open the founder's card

We ask for transparency, so we went first. The founder's real card: every number, every source.

Not for the faint of heart.

WarTable Human isn't for everyone, and it isn't trying to be.

Here, you put real numbers next to your name and let your peers see them. No masks. No filters. No hiding behind a keyboard. Just you, held up to the science and the rest of humanity, starting exactly where you are. Then you climb. If that sounds like pressure, this isn't your room. If it sounds like oxygen, you're who we built it for.

Invite only is how the room stays worth being in. Nobody walks in off the street: every card goes out by invitation, and every member follows the rules and holds responsibility. This is a social experience.

Why the room matters

Who you surround yourself with matters. Followed for 20 years, happiness clustered among connected people in one large social network, out to three degrees of separation.

Fowler & Christakis, 2008. BMJ 337

  • Earned entry

No public signup. Cards go out by invitation: from a member, or from us in limited drops. Members hold a few single-use invites and earn more as they rank up.

  • Vouched for

Every invite traces back to whoever sent it. You don't hand one out lightly.

  • Real, and cited

Stats are scored against published benchmarks, and every point shows its source.

Mesh · Player Card trading

Trade cards.
Connect. Meet.

Your card is how you meet people here. Trade cards to mesh: every card you trade joins your deck. See who's around, and know who someone is before you meet them.

Your main card

Player Card

One per member, and always live: your HOQ, your tier and the stats you choose to show. It's the card you trade, and it grows as you do.

Scarce by design

Legacy Cards

Limited edition and souvenir cards, earned as honors or collected along the way: an event, a milestone, a year. Each one freezes you at that moment, and each can be traded.

  • Trade to mesh

A trade is a handshake. Their card joins your deck, and you see each other's live stats and who's online, if they've chosen to show it.

  • Find your people

Search members by tier, interests and stats. Hidden fields never match, so nobody finds you by what you keep sealed.

  • Meet & date

Opt in to meet, or to date. Members only, 18+, with block and report on every profile.

  • Rally your rank Coming

Ping members at your rank for a meetup, a project, a training block or an adventure. Find the people moving at your speed.

Witnessing

Going for a PR? Bring your people.

Trade cards, and they sign off on it. Their word backs your number.

  • Fake a sign-off, lose Rep

Not a member yet? Scan their code, claim a card, and witness anyway. Receive your first XP and badges.

Behind the card

Full context, at your fingertips.

Your card is the front. Behind it, the tools that keep the rest of your life in signal: one record, one intelligence, and nothing lost between apps. Share a trip, a note or a plan with anyone you've traded with.

  • Athena

Your own AI. She reads your whole record and helps you raise it.

  • Travel

Every trip in one place. Forward a booking and it files itself.

  • Smart Notes

Everything you capture, connected to everything else you know.

  • Contacts

Your people, with the context that matters: the card, the trade, the history.

The card

One card. The whole signal.

Your Player Card is you, in numbers. Three things make it up.

01

XP

Every stat is scored against a published benchmark for your sex, and your age where the research splits it. Every point shows its source. No source, no XP.

02

Rarity

Your tier, from Common to Optimal Human. Earned through your attributes, never bought.

03

HOQ

Your Human Optimization Quotient: Stat XP for who you are and Impact XP for what you build, brought together in one number that rewards breadth across the four dimensions. The headline number on your card.

How your card adds up

Stats feed attributes. Attributes are graded and grouped into dimensions. Your grades set your Rarity, and your XP adds up to your HOQ. Here's one stat, all the way through.

  1. Stat

    VO₂ max 52

One measured number, with its source. You add it; we read it.

  2. Benchmark

    Top 9%

Measured against its benchmark, it's worth +134 Stat XP.

  3. Attribute

    Endurance

VO₂ max counts toward Endurance and boosts it.

  4. Dimension

    Physical rises

Endurance sits in Physical, so its bar on your card grows.

  5. Card

    HOQ and Rarity

The XP adds to your HOQ, and a stronger Physical dimension can lift your Rarity.

Example: the same member as the readout further down.

How Rarity works

  1. 01Every attribute you measure gets a grade against its benchmark: 26 of them, across four dimensions.
  2. 02Your tier rises as more attributes grade Strong or better: the top 16%.
  3. 03The top tiers need that strength in more than one dimension.
  4. 04Anything below average holds you at Common. Anything you haven't measured yet never counts against you.

Two kinds of XP

Two halves. One number.

Your HOQ has two halves. One is earned in your body and your record. The other is earned in the world.

Stat XP

Who you are.

Measured against real benchmarks. Your labs, your lifts, your endurance, your body composition, the places you've been. Each one is scored by how far past its benchmark you stand.

  • Labs and body scans
  • Lifts and performance
  • Where you've been

+100 XP on a stat puts you in the top 16% for it. +300 puts you in the top 0.1%. Under 0, you lose XP.

Impact XP

What you build.

Earned outside yourself: what you create, what you give, and what you're ready to give. A CPR certification is a small thing to earn, yet it could save a life. A company creates jobs for years. Impact XP counts both, and what you build and give can outweigh what you measure.

  • Companies, jobs and systems you create
  • People you help and lead
  • The community you build
  • Skills that could save a life

Many achievements earn both kinds. Few people hold a current certification or turn a profit as a founder, so the same line can lift your Stat XP and your Impact XP together.

Governing scores

Two scores keep it honest.

XP says how strong your numbers are. These two say how far to trust them, and how much you show. They never change what a stat is worth; they decide which badges your card can earn.

Confidence
Witnessed
Transparency
94%
On every Player Card

Confidence

How it was measured.

Every stat carries the confidence of its source. A lab result outranks a clinic reading or a scan, a witness outranks a wearable, and a wearable outranks your word. The same measurement earns the same XP whatever its source: confidence shows beside the value and never changes it.

  1. Self-reported
  2. Wearable
  3. WitnessedUp to 5
  4. Clinic or scan
  5. Lab

Witnessed climbs with every witness, up to five. One validates the stat; each one after that earns more Impact XP, for you and for them.

Transparency

How much you show.

The share of your card other members can see without asking. Hide any field you want: it still counts toward your score, your transparency drops, and nobody sees which field you hid.

94%Shown

The more you show, the more real your card reads.

Governing scores, not badges. Every achievement badge needs a minimum of both.As you hit milestones, your badges validate them.

Human performance

For those who seek personal growth and excellence.

Optimization starts with measurement. Not vibes, not streaks: the markers that actually say how you perform and how healthy you stay. Track them, see exactly where you stand against your benchmarks, and know what to work on next.

  1. 01

    Measure

Labs, scans, lifts, tests. Add what you track; every row carries its source.

  2. 02

    Benchmark

Each marker scored against its benchmark, in XP you can compare.

  3. 03

    Train

Your weakest link is right there on the card. That's your next block of work.

  4. 04

    Re-test

Measure again. Your card moves when you do.

In 122,007 patients given treadmill tests, higher cardiorespiratory fitness was associated with lower long-term mortality, with no upper limit of benefit observed.

Player Reviewed

Real numbers, witnessed. Other players can witness and vouch for your stats, the way a training partner witnesses a PR: in person first, and virtually for members who can't get there. Players help each other, and learn to trust each other along the way. It all builds your Reputation, and the trust others have in you. How witnessing works

Four dimensions

The lens on the whole human.

Every stat lands in an attribute, and every attribute sits in one of four dimensions. They're the data containers: our best attempt to segment the human experience and put it on one standard, so a lab result, a lift and a trip can all be scored as XP and compared. You add what you track. We do the math.

Social, at three levels

Micro. Your direct relationships and interactions.

Meso. The groups and communities you belong to.

Macro. The large-scale systems and societies you live within.

Traits: never scored, always tracked

Personality. Your Big Five traits.

Worldview. What you believe, in your own words.

Character strengths. The strengths you lead with.

No trait is better than another, so none earns XP. We use them to compare instead: see how members who share your traits score, and where they make their impact.

Lenses

Look at yourself from any angle. A lens pulls attributes into one view, like Conduct or Capability. Filter by one, then stack up against anyone you choose.

ConductReputationCivic

You add the data. We do the rest.

  • Identify

We work out what each stat actually measures.

  • Organize

We file it in the attribute it belongs to.

  • Orient

We show you where you're strong and where you're thin.

  • Benchmark

We score it against its benchmark and turn it into XP.

Benchmarks

Scored against the research.

Every stat is measured against a published benchmark: national health surveys and peer-reviewed studies. If the research doesn't exist yet, the stat waits. No source, no XP.

  • 23 stats

Scored at launch, with more in every release.

  • Men and women

Each benchmarked separately, wherever the research splits them.

  • Cited

Every scored stat links to the study or survey behind it.

  • Open slots

An attribute with no benchmark yet is a slot to fill, never a zero.

Behind the veil

Built for people who share real things.

The safeguards come first. Here's what holds from the day you claim your Player Card.

  • 18+ only

Every member confirms they're an adult before claiming a card.

  • Members only

Cards are seen by signed-in members. Nothing is published to the open internet.

  • Nothing by surprise

Before your card goes live, you see exactly what will show, sensitive records included, and hide whatever you want.

  • You hold the keys

Hide any field, any time. Anyone who wants to see it has to ask. Your score and tier always show; what's behind them is up to you.

  • Encrypted

Your record is encrypted, and we never train AI models on it.

  • Block and report

Questions

Before you claim.

What is HOQ?

Your Human Optimization Quotient: Stat XP (who you are) and Impact XP (what you build), brought together in one number that rewards breadth across the four dimensions. It's the headline on your Player Card, and it's built from what you choose to add.

Where do the benchmarks come from?

Published research and public health data for each stat, matched to your sex, and your age where the research splits it. Every scored stat carries its citation and a link, and a stat without a source earns no XP.

Who can see my card?

Only signed-in members. Nothing is published to the open internet. You choose which fields show; your HOQ and tier always do, and anything hidden stays sealed until you say otherwise.

What are Confidence and Transparency?

Two scores that govern your card. Confidence shows how each stat was measured: self-reported, wearable, witnessed, clinic or scan, or lab. Transparency is the share of your card other members can see without asking. Confidence never changes your XP, and hiding a field never reveals which one. Every achievement badge needs a minimum of both.

How do I get in?

By invitation. Claim your Player Card to join the waitlist: cards go out in limited drops, and we'll email you when yours is ready. If a member sent you an invite link, it's saved with your request.

Do I have to meet people in person?

No. In person counts most when you witness someone, but if you can't easily get there, you can apply to witness virtually.

What does a card tell someone?

Think of the history report you'd pull before buying a used car, but for a person: what they've measured, who witnessed it, and how they've shown up for others. Every line shows its source.

Is it free?

Your Player Card is free to start. Some extras, like Athena, are paid for as you use them.

Is my data used to train AI?

No. Your record is encrypted, and we never train AI models on it.

What's WarTable?

WarTable was built to read every system a company runs on and score it. WarTable Human points that same engine at one person: what you track, what you've done and what you build, in one place, with every point showing where it came from.

For those who run something

Need more firepower? Bring the whole war table.

WarTable Command is the business suite: a workspace for each company you run, AI agents for the complex work, and the Business Health Index across all 25 business systems. Same account.
