WarTable Human Terms

Last updated: October 20, 2026

These terms cover WarTable Human, the personal side of WarTable at human.wartable.ai, provided by WarTable, LLC ("WarTable," "we," "us"). They add to our Terms of Service, which also apply to you. Where the two disagree about WarTable Human, these terms win. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information, and our Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy covers your health information.

By claiming a Player Card or using WarTable Human, you agree to these terms.

The short version

  • WarTable Human is for adults only: you must be 18 or older.
  • It's invite only. Invites are personal, single-use and never for sale.
  • Your Player Card is yours. What you add is self-reported, it isn't verified, and it isn't medical advice.
  • What you see on another member's card stays inside WarTable. Don't copy it, share it, or use it against them.
  • A "no" to a request is final. Don't pressure anyone to show you more.
  • Message, introduce and meet people the way you'd want to be treated. Block anyone, report anything.
  • Break these terms and we may remove your card, your invites or your account.

1. Who can join

  • 18 or older only. You must be at least 18 to claim a card or use WarTable Human, and you confirm that before you claim one. If we learn that a member is under 18, we'll close their account and delete their information, except reports about them, which we keep as our Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy explains.
  • US residents, for now. WarTable Human is available to US residents only for now.
  • Invite only. You can join only through an invite from a member or from WarTable. We decide who gets in, and we may limit or pause new members at any time.
  • One person, one card. Your account and your Player Card are for you alone. Don't create a card for someone else, share your account, or hold more than one account.
  • Be accurate about who you are. Use your own identity, and keep your account details current.

2. Invites

  • Personal and single-use. Each invite is for one person, and it can be used once.
  • Not for sale. Don't sell, auction, trade or advertise invites, or ask for anything in return for one. Invites have no cash value.
  • We record who invited whom. Every member's card traces back to the invite they joined through. Only WarTable sees that record.
  • Inviting someone. You aren't responsible for what someone you invite does. But invites are a privilege: if people you invite break these terms, we may limit the invites you get.
  • Changes. We decide how many invites members get and when. We may change, withdraw or cancel unused invites at any time.

3. Your Player Card

  • It's yours. You own what you add to your card, and you can edit, hide or delete it at any time. You give us permission to store it, score it and show it to other members as your settings allow, only to run WarTable Human. The Terms of Service explain this permission in more detail.
  • Be honest. Add only your own records, and don't invent or inflate them. Faking stats or sign-offs can cost you your card.
  • Self-reported, not verified. Unless a stat says it was verified, it's what the member entered or uploaded. We don't check it. Treat other members' cards the same way.
  • Not medical advice. Your scores compare your records to published benchmarks. They aren't a diagnosis, a treatment plan or medical advice, and they don't replace a doctor. Talk to a qualified professional before making health decisions, especially before changing medication, training or diet.
  • AI reads can be wrong. When we read a document into your card, check every reading before you keep it. You're responsible for what you confirm.
  • Scores change. We may update benchmarks, scoring and tiers as research and WarTable Human improve, and your scores may change when we do.

4. Other members' cards

When a member publishes their card, they're trusting the members who see it. In return:

  • Keep it inside WarTable. Don't copy, screenshot, record, download, export or repost anything from another member's card outside WarTable, or share it with anyone who isn't a member, without that member's permission.
  • No scraping. Don't collect cards or card data by bots, scripts or other automated means, or build a list or database of members.
  • Don't try to uncover what's hidden. Don't try to work out hidden items from someone's scores, or get around their settings in any other way.
  • Respect a "no". If a member declines your request, that's final. Don't ask again through another account or another person, and don't pressure, bargain with or shame anyone into showing you more, or into approving or sharing anything.
  • Don't use it against them. Don't use anything from a member's card to harass, embarrass, threaten, blackmail or discriminate against them, or to decide on their job, insurance, credit, housing or anything similar.
  • What's shared with you can be taken back. A member can withdraw your access at any time. When they do, stop using what you saw.
  • Find, the Draw and degrees are for meeting people. Don't use them to look someone up, track them, or work out who they know.

5. Messages and intros

  • Messages: you can message members you've traded cards with. Keep it respectful. Don't send anything the code of conduct below rules out, and don't keep messaging someone who has made clear they don't want to hear from you.
  • Edits: you can edit a message until it's read. We keep earlier versions, and our staff can see them if the message or conversation is reported.
  • Intros: introduce people only when you think they'd genuinely want to meet, for something they're both genuinely looking for. Don't use intros to pressure, embarrass or set anyone up.
  • Saying no: ignoring an intro, declining a trade or removing someone from your deck is always fine, and nobody is told why.

6. Code of conduct

Treat every member the way you'd want to be treated across a table. You must not:

  • Harass, bully, threaten, stalk or intimidate anyone.
  • Post or send hateful, sexually explicit, violent or degrading content.
  • Impersonate anyone, or misrepresent who you are or your connection to anyone.
  • Share someone's personal information, including anything from their card, without their permission.
  • Spam members, sell to them, or recruit them into schemes.
  • Use WarTable Human for anything illegal, or to promote or arrange it.
  • Interfere with WarTable Human, probe its security, or get around its limits.

The prohibited activities in our Terms of Service apply here too.

7. Reports and enforcement

  • Blocking. You can block any member, at any time, without giving a reason. You'll stop seeing each other anywhere in WarTable Human. They aren't told, though they may notice.
  • Reporting. Use Report on any card, message, conversation or intro, or email support@wartable.ai about anything else. A real person on our team reviews every report, and reports about someone under 18 or about safety go first. The member you report is never told who reported them. Reporting a message or conversation lets our staff read it, as our Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy explains.
  • Report honestly. Don't file false reports, or use reporting to harass someone.
  • What we may do. Depending on what happened, we may warn a member, hide or unpublish their card, limit or remove their invites, suspend their account, or remove them from WarTable Human. We may act without warning when someone's safety or privacy is at risk, and we may tell the people affected. If we remove you, your card is unpublished and taken out of every deck.
  • Appeals. If we've acted against your account and you think we got it wrong, email support@wartable.ai and someone who wasn't involved will take another look.
  • Serious matters. We may report threats of violence or other crimes to the authorities.

8. Price

WarTable Human is free to start. Some extras may cost money later. If they do, we'll show the price and the terms before you pay. Our Subscription Terms apply only to paid WarTable Command plans, not to WarTable Human.

9. Early access

WarTable Human is in early access. Features will be added, changed and removed, some may not work as expected, and we may pause or end WarTable Human. The early access terms in our Terms of Service apply.

10. Leaving

You can unpublish your card or delete any part of it at any time, and you can ask us to delete your account as our Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy explains. If we remove you, you may not join again under another account or through another invite.

11. Dating and meeting in person

  • Dating is opt-in. Add Dating to what you're looking for only if you're open to it, and set your preferences honestly. You can turn it off at any time.
  • Cards aren't background checks. What's on a card is self-reported, and we don't verify identities or run background checks. Use your own judgement.
  • Before you meet: get to know someone in WarTable first, meet somewhere public, tell a friend where you'll be, and get yourself there and home.
  • Never send money to someone you've met here, or share financial details.
  • Consent matters. Respect a "no" in person exactly as you would here.
  • If something's wrong, leave, and report it to us. If you're in danger, call 911 first.

To the extent the law allows, we aren't responsible for how members behave toward each other, online or in person. Nothing here limits liability that the law doesn't allow us to limit.

12. Changes

We may update these terms. We'll change the date at the top of this page, and if a change is significant, we'll tell you by email or in WarTable Human before it takes effect.
