Limited edition and souvenir cards. Each restates stats from the report above; nothing here scores on its own.
Impact XP is what you build: businesses, and skills that serve other people. What you build and give can outweigh what you measure, so it will often count for more than Stat XP. Its formula is still being finalized, so the number will likely change. For now each item scores by how few people share it, and items without a sourced count wait at 0. Company scores from WBHI will feed it later.
XP = 100 × standard deviations past the average of each stat's reference group. One SD beats about 84% of that group, two about 98%, three about 99.9%. Nothing is capped, and below average subtracts.
A stat's XP and its percentile are one fact in two units. Beats always means the group that stat's source measured, named on each row. Stat XP is every scored stat added up. HOQ, the headline number, brings Stat XP and Impact XP together and rewards breadth across the four dimensions; it is an estimate (*) until Impact XP is final.
Yes/no results (survival readiness, test results) score by how few people share them, with overlapping items counted once. Clean STI screens score by the share of men who test negative, so a common clean result earns a little and a rare one more. Getting tested earns its own XP, full for 12 months after the newest test and fading to half over the next 12. Performance stats are scored at the PR (best on record).
Body fat is the InBody (BIA) reading, compared against NHANES DXA percentiles. The run converts the 6:15 mile to a 1.5-mile time (Riegel formula) to match the study. Lipids count once, through ApoB, and blood pressure once, through systolic. Resting heart rate uses the watch's waking average against wearable users. Lifts are scored against gym-goers at Jared's bodyweight, a much stronger group, so they're conservative. Countries use Pew's 2023 survey, with YouGov's 2019 mark at 31+, and keep counting with no cap.
Not scored yet, and why: 40-yard dash (no published spread for the general population) · HDL and no prescription meds (only all-ages or mixed-sex rates found) · glucose (fasting unknown) · eGFR (muscle mass skews it) · blood count, metabolic panel and thyroid (healthy is mid-range) · muscle mass, visceral fat (no matching scan-method average) · blood type (not better or worse).
Self-published from the owner's reports. Bodyweight ratios use 165.9 lb (scan, Oct 2026). Healthy ranges are set by the lab. Rarity and every stat are under the card; XP math and sources are in the appendix.
